I have spent the last 30 years navigating the healthcare system as a healthcare provider, and optimizing the health of my five children with autoimmune issues. God did not give me one child with medical needs, He gave me five with very different looking autoimmune medical issues.
Four are grown and healthy, and our youngest has made tremendous progress and continues on her path toward independence.
My launch back into work was and is with the desire to teach others how to navigate the system to optimize the health of themselves and their loved ones. No one will know your body and your medical history better than you do. Let me teach you how to become an equal member on your health care team.

Currently, I am certified in QRI Cold Laser and Dr. Joqueta Handy's Brilliant Learning Methodology. I also trained with neurologist Dr. Stasha Gominak one-on-one 12 hour instruction with RightSleep method for sleep consolidation.
I graduated from Physical Therapy School and passed national and state boards in 1990. I've retired from the traditional Physical Therapy practice. This decision allowed me to expand my business model to address more chronic states, to investigate why some people do not follow the traditional trajectory of wellness within their medical journey. I currently live in Wisconsin and work in the greater Milwaukee areas and downtown Chicago.
Look for my free podcast, MedKnights' Roundtable for this service, where I've partnered with other organizations to help you achieve wellness. I have a brain that thirsts for knowledge and have been spent the majority of my adult life researching within the medical literature. I also published research back in PT school in 1989/90. I annually attend the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS) conference, whose community gives up to date information ranging on immunology, environmental influences and toxic loads factors, pre-conception wellness, and Autism.

Sovereign Military order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Rhodes and malta
In 2016, I was invested as a Dame of Magisterial Grace in the Sovereign Military Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Rhodes, and Malta. Working within this organization , it allows me to help those in other parts of the world who are less fortunate. I had the resources, the heart and the steadfastness to help one and now can help many.
The Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta, founded in Jerusalem around the year 1048, is a subject of international law which exercises functions of sovereignty, and is a religious lay order of the Roman Catholic Church.
